Service Visit Time & Property Report
Membership visits are designed to provide efficient, consistent property care and routine monitoring. Regardless of membership tier, each scheduled service visit includes up to 1 hour of on-site service time performed by our crew.
After completing the scheduled work, our team conducts a property walkthrough to review key areas of your home and prepare your personalized Home Health Report — which may include observations, maintenance recommendations, and items that may need attention.
Additional time, specialized services, repairs, or projects outside the included membership services may require a separate appointment and/or additional charges. Membership plans are designed to provide routine upkeep and proactive property monitoring, not unlimited labor hours.
